Music is capable of evoking strong positive emotions, reducing depression and elevating the mood of individuals according to the National Institute of Health. Research also suggests that listening to or singing songs can provide emotional and behavioral benefits for people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Music has the power to touch, inspire, comfort, calm and heal people. The goal of our volunteer performance project is to bring live music to our local community and use our musical talent to make an impact on people's lives.
Why Sign Up to Perform in live concerts?
It's natural that young musicians get nervous in live and on-stage performances. Perform more is the best solution! By signing up our upcoming volunteer performances, you will be able to gain experience presenting a piece of music confidently in front of live audience and learn to access your best concentration, coordination and abilities on command as a real musician!
We encourage all young musicians to sign up our upcoming community service performance opportunities. Please join us and sign up to perform!
